Our Story
I’ve called Amsterdam home for over a decade. In that time, I’ve watched the city grow more beautiful — and also more strained. Fast tourism, consumption, and the rush of visitors have put pressure on the very places and communities that make Amsterdam unique.
Streepi was born from a simple belief: travel should leave a place better than it was found. As a long-time local, I wanted to create experiences that help visitors slow down, connect with the real Amsterdam, and give back to the city rather than consume it.
At Streepi, we design regenerative experiences that restore balance — between people and place, visitor and local, culture and sustainability. And because regeneration is only complete when everyone can take part, our experiences are intentionally inclusive, welcoming every body by design.
