We act with honesty and openness in every decision. - Communicate truthfully about our impact, services,
and partnerships. - Avoid misleading claims, “greenwashing,” or “green wishing.” - Share both our
successes and our challenges transparently. - Respect confidentiality and data privacy for all users and
partners.
We believe that travel should celebrate and strengthen cultural diversity. - Honour the traditions, knowledge,
and dignity of host communities. - Ensure that local voices are represented and valued in every project. -
Reject any form of exploitation, discrimination, or cultural appropriation. - Promote accessibility and
inclusion for travelers of all abilities and backgrounds.
We strive for equity and justice throughout the tourism value chain. - Guarantee fair pay, safe working
conditions, and equal opportunities for all contributors. - Prioritize partnerships with local providers who
share our ethical standards. - Address and reduce power imbalances between global travellers and local
communities.
Every journey should help restore ̶ not harm ̶ the Earth. - Partner only with experiences that actively
regenerate ecosystems or reduce environmental harm. - Minimize Streepi’s own operational footprint, from
digital energy use to travel choices. - Educate travelers on responsible behaviour and environmental
awareness. - Support reforestation, waste reduction, and circular economy initiatives.
We hold ourselves accountable for measurable impact. - Use verified data and SROI (Social Return on
Investment) to assess and communicate outcomes. - Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve our ethical
and environmental performance. - Uphold accountability to stakeholders through open dialogue and annual
reporting.
We believe regeneration happens through partnership, not competition. - Build collaborative relationships
with governments, NGOs, and local businesses. - Listen actively to feedback from travelers, clients, and
communities. - Encourage innovation through shared learning and mutual respect.
Our storytelling inspires awareness, not exploitation. - Represent destinations truthfully, without
sensationalism or stereotypes. - Avoid using vulnerable communities or environments as marketing tools. -
Credit all collaborators, photographers, and local partners fairly.
All decisions will be guided by three core questions: 1. Does it benefit people and communities? 2. Does it
regenerate or protect the environment? 3. Is it transparent, fair, and respectful? If a decision fails one of these
questions, we will reconsider our approach.
Every employee, contractor, and partner is expected to read, understand, and uphold this Code. Breaches of
the Code will be addressed transparently and constructively. The Code will be reviewed annually to reflect
new insights, technologies, and global sustainability standards.
